2. What data is processed

This website has no forms and does not automatically collect data for commercial purposes. The only data processed is the data that users choose to provide voluntarily when they get in touch through the linked external channels (WhatsApp or email): name, phone number or email address, and the content of the message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data provided is used to deal with the enquiry, prepare quotes and maintain the professional relationship. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject and the taking of pre-contractual steps at their request (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and, where applicable, for the periods required by law. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted.

5. Disclosure of data

No data is passed on to third parties unless required by law. Communication via WhatsApp takes place through the platform of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which acts in accordance with its own privacy policy.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@juanraia.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
